The other day I told Steven Franklin that he is one of the genuine *stars* in my life and, therefore, for me, irreplaceable. Of course I could find other talented people, but I would be hard pressed to find all of his qualities in one person. Calmness coupled with focus and energy, genuineness and professionalism, a person who really listens to and cares about what I'm saying.

If I'm not sure about something, he will offer suggestions without ego attached. A mess will suddenly disappear. Things I've had in boxes, papers, photos, stuff no longer needed, all these bottlenecks that have strangled my freedom and peace of mind have given way to peace and a feeling of lightness and accomplishment.

It's taken me years to decide to bite the bullet and seek some professional organizational help, always with the thought that why spend money when I could do it myself, and surely *this* weekend I would dig in and find a sense of accomplishment But my own steps were too small and the frustration rarely left. Steven's talents are seemingly endless--he's also helped me with redoing my studio apartment over time. I highly recommend Steven as an organizer, he came to my home on time with a great attitude and boundless energy. He worked with me on clearing out a lot of stuff I no longer needed that was making my home cluttered. He offered solutions to my storage problems and advised me on ways to keep my stuff neat. Steven took away my old stuff to be donated, so it didn't work its way back into my life.

I felt comfortable with him in my house, Steven is honest, pleasant and will tell you if there is something he doesn't specialize in, in my case it was book-keeping, so I wouldn't waste money having him help with that. Steven was however willing to help with everything else I needed to have organized and arrange my stuff in a more pleasing way aesthetically.
